Writers House is proud to represent a number of prominent literary estates, including those of Octavia E. Butler, Elias Canetti, Herman Hesse, Lillian Hoban, Joan Lowery Nixon, Joan Steiner, Paula Danziger, and Barbara Park.

Writers House also handles permissions and licenses for the literary estate of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
